Welcome to Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi, meet the representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and time to rest, visit the Giraffe Centre to observe Rothschild’s giraffes and learn about conservation. Return to the hotel for an evening at leisure. Overnight in Nairobi. Meals are not included.

Journey to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, drive about five to six hours to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photographs. Arrive at the lodge for a late lunch, then visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about the community’s customs and daily life. Return to the lodge for dinner. Overnight in Maasai Mara. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Full-day Maasai Mara safari
Begin with breakfast at 05:00 and set out for a full-day game drive, with a packed picnic lunch. Explore the reserve in search of its wildlife, including the Big Five, wildebeest, zebras, gazelles and topi. July falls in migration season; sightings depend on the herds’ natural movement. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner. Overnight in Maasai Mara. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, drive about five hours through the Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha, with lunch en route. Check in at the lodge. In the afternoon, take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha to look for hippos, birds and wildlife along the shore. Return to the lodge for an evening at leisure and dinner. Overnight in Naivasha. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Walking safari and return to Nairobi
After an early breakfast, enjoy time at the lodge. Have lunch, then visit Sanctuary Farm for a guided walking safari in its private conservation area. Look for giraffes, zebras, antelopes and birds while learning about the ecosystem. Return to collect luggage and drive about two to three hours to Nairobi Airport for your return flight. Breakfast and lunch included.

Terms & conditions
Initial deposit: AED 1,000 per person, non-refundable. 60% payment is due 60 days before departure or before submitting visa documents, whichever comes first. Final payment is due 30 days before departure, after adjusting payments already made. Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, cheque, credit card and online payment link. Service fees apply to card and online link payments. The brochure states cancellation charges of 25% within 60 days of departure, 50% from 35 to 20 days, and 100% within 20 days. The initial deposit remains non-refundable. Ask the team to confirm the applicable charge before booking or cancelling, as the published day ranges overlap. Group departures require 60% participation. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be cancelled and payments refunded less costs already incurred, such as visa, appointment and insurance fees. A customised alternative may be offered at an additional cost. Prices depend on availability. Hotels may be replaced by similar accommodation. Offer deadlines and any price increases must be confirmed with the team. Hotels and lodges have backup power systems. Travel times may vary with local conditions. Wildlife sightings and migration movements depend on nature and cannot be guaranteed.

Will we see the Great Migration?
July is migration season. The itinerary includes a full-day Maasai Mara game drive, but herd movements and wildlife sightings depend on natural conditions.
Which meals are included?
Meals on Day 1 are excluded. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included on Days 2–4; breakfast and lunch are included on Day 5.
Is the hot-air balloon safari included?
It is optional at AED 1,979 per person, subject to availability. Crescent Island and Carnivore Restaurant experiences are priced on request.
