    Arrival in Almaty & Dinner Transfer

    • Arrive at Almaty International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our representative
    • or driver.
    • Proceed with a private transfer to the hotel and complete your check-in.
    • Take some time to relax after your journey.
    • In the evening, enjoy a transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
    • After dinner, return to the hotel.

    Shymbulak Mountain Resort & Almaty City Tour

    • After breakfast at the hotel, drive towards Medeu Gorge, surrounded by the beautiful Trans-Ili Alatau mountains.
    • Visit Medeu, famous for its high-altitude outdoor ice-skating complex, before continuing to Shymbulak Mountain Resort.
    • Enjoy a scenic cable car ride with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, with
    • free time to explore the resort and take photographs.
    • Later, return to the city for a sightseeing tour covering Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, Republic Square, Independence Monument and the Green Bazaar, a popular local market.

    Alma-Arasan Gorge & Arbat Street

    • After breakfast, depart for Alma-Arasan Gorge, a beautiful mountain destination within Ile-Alatau National Park.
    • Enjoy a scenic drive through forested landscapes and mountain rivers, and spend time exploring the gorge, enjoying the fresh mountain air and capturing photographs of the scenery.
    • Later, return to Almaty and visit Arbat Street, one of the city's popular pedestrian streets.
    • Enjoy free time for shopping, souvenirs, local cafés and the lively atmosphere.

    Kolsay Lake & Charyn Canyon Excursion

    • Start early with breakfast or a breakfast box from the hotel before departing towards the Kolsay Lakes region.
    • Enjoy a scenic drive through the countryside before reaching Kolsay Lake, often known as the Pearl of the Northern Tien Shan, surrounded by mountains and pine forests, with free time for photographs and relaxation.
    • Continue with lunch at a local restaurant or guesthouse (at own expense, unless included).
    • Later, proceed to Charyn Canyon, one of Kazakhstan's most impressive natural attractions, and explore the famous Valley of Castles with its unusual rock
    • formations, before returning to Almaty in the evening.

Terms & conditions

  • Initial deposit: AED 1,000 per person, non-refundable. 60% payment is due 60 days before departure or before submitting visa documents, whichever comes first.
  • Final payment is due 30 days before departure, adjusted for previous payments.
  • Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, cash, payment link and cheque.
  • Service fees apply for card and online link payments.
  • Group tour always have minimum participation which is 60% if there is less numbers, we as travel agent would force to cancel the tour and money paid to us will be refunded to you if there anything which paid from our end like appointment fee, visa fee, insurance etc will be deducted or we will provide you customized package with additional cost.
  • If cancelled within 60 days of departure 25% cancellation fee on the tour cost PP.
  • If cancelled between of departure 35 days to 20cdays 50 % cancellation fee on the tour cost PP.
  • If cancelled within 20 days 100 % Cancellation will apply.
