Visa Application Requirements

A number of requirements must be fulfilled before you may get your visa. When completing your visa application, make sure to attach all essential documents.

1. Visa Application Form

• Ensure the contours of your face show clearly and that your eyes and other face features are not obstructed.
• Look directly at the camera and avoid sunglasses, tinted glasses or colored contact lenses.
• You should have a neutral face expression with closed mouth and clearly visible opened eyes. Grinning or raising eyebrows is not allowed.

4. Cover Letter:

The letter should specify your trip schedule in detail as well as the reason for your visit to Sweden.

5. Travel Insurance

You must have a travel health insurance that covers medical emergencies for up to 30,000 Euros within Sweden and other Schengen countries.

6. Flight Itinerary

You must submit documentation of booked roundtrip flight tickets with exact entry and departure dates from the Schengen zone.

7. Proof of Accommodation

Document of accommodation proves during the stay in Sweden whether it’s a hotel reservation or a relative or friend hosting you.

8. Proof of Finances

• NOC Letter from both parents if the child is traveling alone
